Why prescribe	This medication is prescribed for heartburn and esophagitis due to GERD and for treating patients who have gastro paresis (partial paralysis of the stomach) and prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy.

Contra Indications	inadvisable for the patients with hypersensitivity to the active ingredients.

Warnings and Precautions

Caution should be exercised in the patients wit history of liver or kidney disease, porphyria (group of inherited or acquired disorders of certain enzymes), epilepsy, Parkinsons disease, diabetes, history of depression.

primarily diarrhea and nausea. Skin- Transient flushing of face or upper body with high IV doses. Hormone- Galactorrhea ( spontaneous flow of milk from the breast)
