Welcome to Emami Frank Ross Subscription Program (“Frank Ross Care”). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Website Terms And Conditions.
Eligibility
- The Program is available to individuals who have a valid account on Frank Ross Website.
- Prescription medications are available only with a valid doctor's prescription, as required by applicable law.
Prescription Compliance
- All medications requiring a prescription will only be shipped upon receipt and verification of a valid prescription.
- Users must update prescriptions prior to their expiry for uninterrupted service.
Payment and Renewal
- Subscription fees are payable in advance via accepted payment methods.
- Users will be notified in advance of upcoming renewals and any changes in pricing.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the service.
Cancellation
- FR Care subscription plan once purchased cannot be cancelled. The plan will remain active for the entire duration. You have the option to not renew it after it's expiry.
- Emami Frank Ross reserves the right to cancel your subscription in case of policy violations or non-compliance.
Delivery and Availability
- Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, prescription verification, and geographic location.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply issues, regulatory restrictions) will be communicated.
- Services such as Body Vitals Collection may not be available at all geographical locations.
Modifications to the Program
- Emami Frank Ross reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program or its features at any time, with or without notice.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
- Emami Frank Ross is not liable for delay or failure in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete user information.
- Emami Frank Ross is not liable for adverse health effects from use of medicines without proper medical consultation.
- Users are responsible for consulting healthcare professionals regarding suitability of any medications.
Privacy
- User data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Prescription data is stored and processed securely, following industry and legal standards.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
